Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Remote location delivery

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and process a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email (if provided at checkout).
Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the courier system.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, reshipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged package, please refer to our Return Policy and ensure you have an unboxing video for claim verification.
