Refund policy

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been delivered.

All sales are final.

Damaged or Wrong Items 

We only accept return or replacement requests if the product is damaged during delivery or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible:

  1. You must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.

  2. The video must show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The shipping label clearly visible

    • The entire unboxing process

    • The damaged or incorrect product clearly visible

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claim.

Reporting Time

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • The unboxing video

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Review & Resolution Process

Once we receive your email:

  • Our team will review the video and images.

  • If approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

    • A refund (only if replacement is not possible).

If the claim is rejected due to insufficient proof or policy non-compliance, the decision will be final.

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not accept claims for:

  • Minor packaging dents without product damage

  • Damage reported without an unboxing video

  • Requests made after 24 hours

  • Used or altered products

Refund Processing 

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).
